Designed with modular system, travel wheel blocks provides optimum performance ratios for a maximum load capacity with compact dimensions.

The travel-wheel blocks can be combined with the geared motors to form a compact drive unit. And finely graded sizes ensure that the right unit is selected for the corresponding application:

1. Travel wheel blocks for crane moving:

Installed in the crane end beam, travel wheel blocks ensures a safe and low noise material handling.

2. Travel wheel blocks for heavy duty traveling:

Modular travel wheels can handle max. 40 ton loads safely. Cast iron travel wheel with two flanges, with wheel diameters range from 112 to 500mm, to be used on rails.

3. Travel wheel blocks for customized handling device:

Wheel block systems can be installed in various ways to handle heavy loads, such as in traveling cranes, stacker cranes, RGVs, and AGVs.

As for the material of modular travel wheel, there are two options for

Version 1: Housing made of spharoidal graphite cast iron, painted gray. Travel wheel made of GGG 70, with high-quality roller bearing.

Version 2: With cast iron travel wheel with PUR-bandage (Polyurethane-Elastomer), for higher traction at low operating noise.

A very robust, universal, maintenance-free travel wheel system available in eight sizes, wheel diameters including 112, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500.

It is designed for various travel applications with wheel loads up to 40 t and travel speeds up to 240 m/min (depending on version and load). It can even be used at extreme ambient temperatures from -20 ℃ to +60 ℃.
