Wheel Block Systems are designed for use in an engineered overhead crane, trolley, and nearly any material handling project requiring unilateral motion. Our wheels can handle heavy capacities and aggressive environments.

TECHNICAL PROCESS OF CRANE WHEEL BLOCKS

The manufacturing process of crane wheel blocks involves several precise and controlled steps to ensure durability, reliability, and optimal performance. Below is an overview of the technical process involved in producing crane wheel blocks.

Casting and surface treatment of the wheel block housing

Making molds, casting, milling machining and surface grinding for the casting wheel blocks housing, then doing anti-rust treatment.

Machining and heat treatment of the wheel

According to the drawings, we will do the precision machining to the wheel, then improved the performance of the wheel through heat treatment, such as normalizing, tempering, annealing and high-frequency.

And then, assemble the housing, bearings to the crane wheel blocks.

Wheel block systems' assemble and commissioning

Motors and reducers will be installed according to the designs and working conditions, with the full installation including the commissioning process completed accordingly.

Package and inspection before delivery

Inspect thoroughly and issue a certificate of conformity, then carefully package and arrange delivery as per requirements.
