Three Reasons to Choose Suspension Load Turning Device

When handling the rotation of a heavy workpiece, the spreader beam is prioritized for safely and efficiently managing heavy loads and extra-long workpieces. Load turning devices have evolved from the spreader beam, offering greater automation and saving time. Simply press the button on the remote control to activate the load turning device.

As an experienced manufacturer in heavy industry, we understand the challenges of rotating heavy loads. Therefore, after numerous upgrades, load turning devices have significantly benefited many plants. Here are three reasons to choose load turning devices for your work.

1 ADVANTAGES OF LOAD TURNING DEVICE

• Reduces the time required to install the lifting load.

• Enables safe rotation of heavy duty loads

• Improves the efficiency and safety of lifting operations

• 360 degree rotation available  and the item to be rotated can be stopped in any position

2 MULTI DESIGN SUIT FOR SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Load turning units

Load turning units have two separate single-strap modules that attach to separate cranes to lift and rotate long loads. Both modules are motorized and operate in tandem from a single radio remote handheld pendant. For loads with non-uniform circumference along the length, one module can be motorized and the other is an idler.

Load turning beam

Unlike load turning units, load turning beam is designed with manually or electrically adjustment, suitable for bulky and non-standard heavy goods, such as marine diesel engine, welding structures, mold boxes, rectangular-sheet-metal-part, wind turbine blades, etc.

VARIOUS ACCESSORIES OPTIONS

• Handling slings: chains, polyurethane coated belts, etc.

• Auto-balancing: to balance the center of the load, the crane suspension is adjustable.

• Crane suspension center: optionally by crane eye, rings, shackles on a perforated rail or bolts.
