1. The faulty contactor needs to be repaired and cannot be replaced. After processing, the noise will be eliminated by itself.

If the dust-free electric hoist motor makes abnormal noise, immediately stop the machine to check whether the motor is running in single phase, or the bearing is damaged, the shaft center of the coupling is dislocated, and "sweeping" will cause the motor to make abnormal noise. The noise location, level and sound of different faults are different. 3. The clean room dust-free electric hoist reducer makes abnormal noise, and the reducer is faulty (such as lack of lubricating oil in the reducer or bearing, gear wear or damage, bearing damage, etc.). At this time, stop the machine to check whether the reducer or bearing is lubricated before use, and whether the lubricating oil is replaced regularly during use. If not lubricated as required, not only will the reducer produce an excessive "hum" noise, it will also cause excessive wear or damage to the gears and bearings.
