Workflow for Wheel Block System

1. Casting and Surface Treatment of the Wheel Block Housing  

Create molds, perform casting, milling, and surface grinding for the wheel block housing, followed by anti-rust treatment.

2. Machining and Heat Treatment of the Wheel Block System

Precision machine the wheel according to the specifications. Enhance its performance through various heat treatments, including normalizing, tempering, annealing, and high-frequency hardening.

3. Assembly

Assemble the wheel blocks, housing, bearings, and other components.

4. Wheel Block System Assembly and Commissioning  

Based on design requirements such as working conditions, load, and speed, equip the system with the appropriate motor and reducers. Complete installation and commissioning.

5. Packaging and Inspection Before Delivery  

Inspect the assembled system, issue a certificate of conformity, then package and prepare for delivery as required.
