Bending strain relief (bending stiffener)

KFCS's static bending strain relief (BSR) is used to prevent excessive bending protection during installation and operation. The purpose of BSR is to provide additional rigidity and control the bending radius of the umbilical cable or cable.
In terms of applications, the market for bend limiters and stiffeners can be divided into cables, submarine risers, pipelines, and flexible pipes. It is intended to provide additional local stiffness for the flexible tube/umbilical cable/cable at the interface with a rigid structure.
