① The electric hoist of the new equipment or the equipment after dismantling and inspection should be tested with empty car several times first. However, before the end of the equipment, do not try to turn on the power;
2. Before the normal use of the cantilever crane, a static load test with an additional load of 125% and a lifting of about 100 mm from the ground for 10 minutes should be carried out to check whether it is normal;
3. The dynamic load test is to perform repeated lifting and left-right movement experiments with additional load components. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical parts and connecting parts are normal and reliable;
④. In use, it is absolutely forbidden to use it in an environment that is not allowed, and when it exceeds the extra load and the extra closing times per hour (120 times);
⑤. During equipment debugging and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is sensitive and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell needs to be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t needs to be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety ring of the wire rope on the drum should be ensured, and the effective safety ring must be more than 2 circles;
⑥. It is not allowed to press two flashlight door buttons that make the electric hoist move in the opposite direction;
⑦. After the work is finished, the main gate of the power supply needs to be opened to cut off the power supply;
8. The electric hoist should be operated by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safety operation rules, and it is strictly forbidden to slant the hoist;
⑨. Special personnel need to check the electric hoist on a regular basis during use, take measures in a timely manner when faults are found, and record them carefully.
